STEVEN LAPP is an associate whose practice is focused in construction and surety law with a particular emphasis on construction contract and surety litigation. He has extensive experience representing general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in construction –related litigation, as well as counseling clients through issues that arise during the project planning and performances phases.

Mr. Lapp has also counseled general contractors regarding the federal and state regulatory requirements imposed on construction contractors involved in government contracting and public procurement, including strategic implementation of the controls and safeguards necessary to satisfy contractor compliance obligations and the liability risks unique to public construction.

Additionally, he has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in general commercial and business tort litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration.
