Victor M. Morales

VICTOR M. MORALES is a graduate of the University of Arizona and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1987. Mr. Morales is admitted to the bars of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the 8th and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Districts of Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.

Mr. Morales has tried cases in state and federal court, and participated in arbitrations, involving complex commercial disputes, securities fraud, construction and employment. Mr. Morales has also tried and litigated numerous cases and issues in the United States Bankruptcy Court in matters concerning fraudulent conveyances, involuntary bankruptcies, discharge and dischargeability and confirmation of plans of reorganization. He practices in commercial law as partner in the Firm’s Colorado office.
