ROBERT C. SEIGER, JR. practices in the area of commercial and banking law.
He focuses on structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial, real estate and special asset loan and financing transactions, loan workouts, bank regulatory matters, and aircraft financing by banks and other lenders.
Bob is a graduate of La Salle College and Temple Law School. Prior to joining Monteverde McAlee & Hurd in 1997, he worked for Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg & Ellers.
Bob is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey. He is also admitted to the following federal courts: Eastern and Western District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U. S. Court of Claims and Court of Military Appeals.
Bob has spoken before the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and many banking organizations on banking law, loan structures and the Uniform Commercial Code.
He is a member of the American, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. Bob is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta and is a Retired Captain, USNR, JAGC.
