Dayne R. Johnson - Associate

DAYNE R. JOHNSON represents and counsels management in employment and labor matters.  He has litigated a variety of employment related claims, including discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, breach of the implied covenants of good faith and fair dealings, negligence, defamation, retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, tortious interference with contract, whistleblower and violation of restrictive covenants in both federal and state courts.  As lead attorney on multi-million dollar litigations, he has handled cases in the federal court.

Mr. Johnson also has extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of employment law.  He has reviewed and prepared employment policies and employee manuals.  In addition, he has drafted numerous employment contracts. 

Mr. Johnson graduated from Saint John’s University in 2010, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and minors in Government and Communication.  He received his Juris doctorate in 2014 from Howard University School of Law, where he was the Senior Editor of the Howard Law Journal.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Johnson served as law clerk to the Honorable Ellen L. Koblitz, J.A.D., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, during the 2014-2015 court term. He also had the distinguished honor or preparing all 2015-2016 appellate law clerks for their duties as law clerks. 

He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District, District of New Jersey.  His admissions to the State of New York is pending. He is a member of the Firm’s Labor and Employment group.
