Jessica Rey - Associate

JESSICA REY is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Spanish, cum laude, from the University of Delaware in 2008.  While at the University, she was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Sigma Delta Pi Spanish Honor Society.

Ms. Rey earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013. While at Seton Hall, she served as a Research Assistant to Professor Mark P. Denbeaux in the Center for Policy and Research.  She also worked as a Student Advocate in the Center for Social Justice, Human Rights and Immigration Clinic, where she represented juveniles seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in Federal Immigration Court. Her pro bono work also included service in the Courtroom Advocate’s Project and serving as a Spanish interpreter for the various Seton Hall Law Clinics and also for the non-profit organization, Kids in Need of Defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, during the 2013-2014 court term. She is presently admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey, the State of New York State and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
