Associate Attorney to join the firm’s Immigration Practice. Provide full range of employment-based immigration services to diverse clientele including preparation of H, L, E, O, and TN nonimmigrant petitions; EB1, NIW and PERM-based immigrant petitions; and occasional family-based petitions and naturalizations applications. Provide advice to employers regarding immigration related compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of employment-based immigration experience; be highly motivated, organized and detail oriented; have excellent communication and writing skills; and be able to work well independently and as a member of a team.
