Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - Boston Seeking someone to cover the reception desk and provide clerical support including the following: greet clients and visitors, take and relay messages, resolve routine inquiries, prepare correspondence, assist with overflow filing; enter billing time entries for attorneys, arrange meetings, place supply orders, coordinate deliveries, operate computers and office equipment, and perform other support duties as assigned. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, including professional phone and e-mail etiquette; willingness to handle various administrative tasks; be organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must possess initiative and self direction; and relate well to all kinds and levels of people, using diplomacy and tact. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
