McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP is pleased to announce that it has merged with Pepe & Hazard, LLP effective May 1, 2010. The merged firm will operate under the name McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP (MDM&C).
The merger of MDM&C and P&H creates a law firm with a new platform of approximately 300 lawyers which allows us to serve clients from Philadelphia to Boston in a wide range of practice areas including surety and construction, commercial litigation, labor and employment, the insurance industry, corporate, and financial markets. In these troubling economic times, clients want to turn to lawyers they can trust who are “hands-on” practitioners involved fulltime in providing solutions to their problems.
