Andrew F. Bain - Of Counsel

ANDREW F. BAIN received his Bachelor of Science in Digital Media from Drexel University in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009. He concentrates his practice in toxic tort and product liability defense. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bain was an associate at an international litigation firm, handling a broad range of litigation, including general liability, toxic tort and professional liability matters. He has also handled coverage issues and defended clients in related litigation. Before entering private practice, Mr. Bain served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Brogan, P.J.Cv. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage.

Mr. Bain is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the State of New York. He is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Toxic Tort Litigation group. He is the co-author of “Public Policy and Preemption Percolate in Asbestos Litigation,” which was featured in the August 2014 issue of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s New Jersey Lawyer Magazine.
