  • Commercial Litigation Attorney (RI) - Attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation and/or insurance defense experience for the firm’s growing Warwick, RI office. Rhode Island admission required and Massachusetts and/or Connecticut admission considered a plus. Apply

  • Construction and Construction-Related Matters Attorney (NJ) - Attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of experience handling construction and construction-related matters.  Bar admission in NY and/or NJ is required.  The attorney would be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice in contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and Federal jurisdictions.  Apply

  • Construction and Surety Attorney (NJ) - Attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of experience.  Bar admission in NY and/or NJ is required.  The attorney would be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice with an emphasis in contract claims, litigations and transactions.  Experience in some or all of these areas is not necessarily required.   • Employee Benefits Attorney (partner or of counsel level) (NJ) - Attorneys with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice areas, with a particular focus on benefit plan design, modification, termination, and withdrawal issues, ERISA notice and reporting requirements, COBRA compliance, executive compensation agreements, and related Internal Revenue Code issues for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office.   • Insurance Litigation Attorney (CT) - Attorneys with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling insurance defense litigation matters for our Hartford, CT office. Insurance coverage and construction defect litigation experience a plus. Apply
  • Labor & Employment Attorney (NJ) - Well established and highly rated Labor and Employment practice representing Management seeks attorneys with minimum of 2 years of experience in employment litigation, counseling, and traditional labor law (collective bargaining, labor arbitration, matters before the National Labor Relations Board and/or New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission) for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office.  New Jersey Bar Admission required.  New York Bar Admission a plus.  Apply

  • Litigation: Insurance Coverage, General Liability, and Commercial Liability Defense Attorney (NJ) - Attorneys with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling the preparation and trial of insurance coverage and defense litigation in federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York for our Morristown, NJ office.   • Litigation Paralegal (PA) with three (3) or more years of experience handling litigation matters for our Hartford, CT office. Candidates with bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate are highly preferred, but not required. Qualified candidates should forward resumes to: @email.  

  • Real Estate Attorney (NJ or CT) - Attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of experience handling commercial real estate matters in New Jersey or Connecticut.  Work will involve commercial purchase and sale of real estate, leasing of commercial and industrial properties and mortgage financing.   • Tax Attorney (NJ) - Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of transactional experience in the areas of corporate and partnership tax for our Morristown, NJ office (hybrid schedule available). The ideal candidate would be able to provide tax advice with respect to corporate deal structures, tax planning, and compliance for business entities. The candidate should also have experience representing taxpayers in federal and state administrative tax disputes before the IRS, state departments of revenue, and in tax litigation in both federal and state courts.  LL.M. in Taxation required.   • Legal Assistant (PA) - McElroy Deutsch is seeking a full-time legal assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in its Philadelphia, PA office. The successful candidate must have a professional demeanor and excellent communication and organization skills. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
