• Tax Attorney - Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of transactional experience in the areas of corporate and partnership tax for our Morristown, NJ office (hybrid schedule available). The ideal candidate would be able to provide tax advice with respect to corporate deal structures, tax planning, and compliance for business entities. The candidate should also have experience representing taxpayers in federal and state administrative tax disputes before the IRS, state departments of revenue, and in tax litigation in both federal and state courts.  LL.M. in Taxation required. Work will involve large contracts, regulatory matters, loan workouts, and general corporate issues for financial institutions and other clients of the Firm. • Billing Coordinator - McElroy Deutsch is seeking a full-time experienced billing coordinator in its Morristown, NJ office.  The successful candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years’ E-billing experience in a midsize law firm and a working knowledge of Aderant/CMS and/or Ebilling Hub or BillBlast.  Strong analytical, math and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task are all required. Search Firm Guidelines
