Christopher H. Jones - Partner

CHRISTOPHER H. JONES, native of Philadelphia, practices in the area of civil litigation. He focuses his practice on the defense of asbestos, benzene, toxic tort, products liability, premises liability and other personal injury cases. He has tried dozens of cases to jury verdicts in Pennsylvania. Additionally, he has been involved in the defense -- including videotaped trial cross-examinations of plaintiffs' medical expert witnesses -- of cases filed in numerous other states. He has also argued appeals in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and served as the Arbitration Counsel to an Asbestos Settlement Trust.

Mr. Jones graduated from LaSalle College High School (1977), Saint Joseph's University (B.A., 1981) and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University (J.D., 1984). He served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Richard Eshelman, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Pennsylvania (1984 to 1985) and to the Honorable Fred P. Anthony, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, Pennsylvania (1989 to 1990).

Mr. Jones is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
