Cora MacLean - Of Counsel

CORA MACLEAN is focused on counseling employers on labor and employment matters including terminations, reductions in force, reasonable accommodations for persons with qualifying disabilities, and Form U-5 reporting. Another concentration of Ms. MacLean's practice is drafting of employment agreements, offer and termination letters, handbooks, policies, and non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements. Ms. MacLean also conducts anti-harassment and managerial training for employees and conducts workplace investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination.

Ms. MacLean received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2004, where she was the American Bar Association's National Champion in Negotiation. Ms. MacLean then received an LL.M. in Labor and Employment Law from New York University School of Law in 2005 before commencing her legal career. Ms. MacLean is also a graduate of Seton Hall University, with a B.S. in Business Administration.
