David M. Alberts - Of Counsel

DAVID M. ALBERTS is Of Counsel in the Firm’s labor & employment group. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Business from the College of New Jersey in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009, where he was a member of the school’s moot court team and Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. During law school, Mr. Alberts also worked as a research assistant for Professor Lewis D. Lowenfels, with whom he co-authored an article entitled SEC Actions Against Lawyers Post Sarbanes-Oxley; A Reasoned Approach or an Assault Upon the Practicing Securities Bar? 41 BNA Securities Regulation & Law Report 1739-1744 (2009).

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Alberts served as a law clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Mr. Alberts is presently admitted to the Bar of the States of New Jersey and New York.
