Diana LaFemina-Rosa - Of Counsel

DIANA LAFEMINA-ROSA has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1988. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Huntington, New York. As a first year law student, Ms. LaFemina-Rosa successfully competed for a position as a staff member of the Touro Law Review. By her third year she was selected for publication by the Touro Law Review. Her publication, "The Lawyer’s Role in the Independent Adoption Process: Parental Consent and the Best Interests of the Child", was published in the Law Review’s Spring, 1987 edition.

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. LaFemina-Rosa received a Special Award for Exceptional Contributions to the Continued Development and Growth of the Law Center. Ms. LaFemina-Rosa also served as a judicial law clerk in the Hudson County Superior Court from 1987 to 1988 where she assisted in the Special Civil Part and Family Part. She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.

Ms. LaFemina-Rosa’s areas of practice have focused on the defense of insurers in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, insurance fraud, personal injury protection, uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits, cancellations, renewals, producer liability and other insurance policy and contract issues in New Jersey's Superior Court and arbitration forums. She has argued on behalf of insurers before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
