Henal Patel - Associate

HENAL PATEL is an Associate in the Firm’s labor and employment group.

Ms. Patel graduated from Rutgers University in 2009, summa cum laude, with a double major in English and History.  In 2013, Ms. Patel received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court Board.  While in law school, Ms. Patel served as an assistant to Dean John J. Farmer, Jr. in his capacity as Chairman of the New Jersey Redistricting Commission.  She also interned for the Honorable Joseph Conte, J.S.C, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Office of Legislative Services.  Ms. Patel was a Kinoy-Stavis Public Interest Fellow and an Eagleton Institute of Politics Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow.  At commencement, Ms. Patel was awarded the Judge J. Skelly Wright Prize, honoring the graduate who contributed the most to the civil rights, civil liberties, and human affairs of his or her fellow citizens during his or her law school career.

Ms. Patel had the honor of serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Chief Justice, Supreme Court of New Jersey.
