Jason Castle - Associate

JASON CASTLE is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Insurance Services practice group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, including toxic tort and asbestos matters. Mr. Castle is a 2011 graduate of Norwich University, Military College of Vermont, where he received his B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. Castle received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018, where he was the President of the Student Bar Association, the Black Law Students Association, and the Student Veterans Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Castle served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas C. Miller, P.J.Cv.

From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Castle served on active duty in the United States Marine Corp. Mr. Castle was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in the Infantry having served at The White House and on deployment to the combat theatres of Iraq and Afghanistan. From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Castle served as a Councilman for the Township of Teaneck, New Jersey.

Mr. Castle has vast experience in the area of Conflict Management & Dispute Resolution and has mediated more than one hundred cases to successful resolution in the Superior Court of New Jersey. While attending Seton Hall Law, Mr. Castle was Advocate in the Conflict Management Program representing litigants in the Southern District of New York, the District of New Jersey Federal Court, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
