Jennifer M. Jones

JENNIFER M. JONES is a Partner with the Firm’s Insurance Services and Litigation Groups. She graduated from The College of New Jersey with a double major in Political Science and Spanish. Ms. Jones received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review.  During law school, Ms. Jones served as a Research Assistant to Professor Paula Franzese, and a Student Advocate in the Center for Social Justice, Civil Litigation Clinic.  She also served as the Co-Chair of the Women’s Law Forum, was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board, and was recognized at commencement for her completion of pro bono service in the Courtroom Advocates Project.

Ms. Jones has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation, including, products liability, consumer fraud, premises liability, automobile negligence, complex personal injury, construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, and contract disputes. Ms. Jones also has substantial experience in class action litigation and appellate practice. Ms. Jones regularly appears in state and federal court in connection with these matters and has experience in all phases of such litigation and appellate practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jones served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli, J.A.D., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.  She is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She served as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association from 2018-2020, and has been elected as the Co-Secretary of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association’s Executive Board for the 2022-2024 term.
