KEVIN S. BROTSPIES received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Maryland in 2004. He received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in 2007, where he was Managing Notes and Comments editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal and he represented the school in the National Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Brotspies served as a Law Clerk to Hon. Jack L. Lintner, P.J.A.D. (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the State of New York and the State of Maryland. His practice concentrates in the areas of surety and fidelity bonding, construction litigation, and commercial litigation.
