Kyle H. Cassidy - Associate

KYLE H. CASSIDY is an Associate in the Firm’s Construction, Fidelity & Surety group. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College in 2010 with a major in Political Science and minor in Finance. In 2014, he received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.

While attending law school, Mr. Cassidy was elected Editor in Chief of Seton Hall’s Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. His comment, “Reining in the Use of Performance Enhancing Drugs in Horseracing: Why a Federal Regulation is Needed,” was published in the Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law’s Volume 24. During law school, Mr. Cassidy also served as a Research Assistant for Professor Maya Grosz, and a Student Advocate in the Center for Social Justice, Family Law Clinic.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Cassidy served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael F. O’Neill, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, in Hunterdon County during the 2014-2015 court term. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the State of New York.
