Parampreet Singh - Associate

PARAMPREET SINGH is an Associate with the Firm’s national Health Care Practice Group.  He represents a variety of healthcare clients, including physicians, hospitals, healthcare systems (non-profit and for-profit), academic medical centers, home health agencies, and pharmacies.  His practice in the field of healthcare includes work on hospital reimbursement matters before the Department of Health and the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services, as well as health care regulatory matters, contractual agreements, civil litigation, and facility licensing matters.  He also has experience defending licensed medical professionals and attorneys against claims of malpractice and disciplinary matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Singh served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa Rose, J.A.D., for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.  From 2015 through 2017, Mr. Singh served as a trustee for the Saddle Brook Board of Education, and served as the Board’s vice president in his final year.

Mr. Singh received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law | Newark in 2017.  At Rutgers Law, Mr. Singh served as a student attorney for the Rutgers Civil Justice Clinic, representing indigent clients in various civil matters.  Additionally, Mr. Singh served as a senior editor for the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal and as a student liaison for the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Mr. Singh received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey in 2014, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy.  During his time at TCNJ, Mr. Singh worked for the United States Congress, the United States Senate, and the State of New Jersey, Office of the Governor.  Mr. Singh was recognized as an Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholar.
