PATRICK F.X. FITZPATRICK, JR. is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance Services Department. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University in 2000, and his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School in 2009, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Sports Law Forum. He was also a member of The Feerick Center for Social Justice and participated in drafting and implementing "Respecting the Just Rights of Workers: Guidance and Options for Catholic Health Care and Unions," which reflects a unique and groundbreaking consensus between leaders of Catholic health care and the largest labor organizations in the United States.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Fitzpatrick was engaged in fundraising, development, and advancement in New York City for The American Ireland Fund and The St. Aloysius School. Mr. Fitzpatrick served as a law clerk for Justice Roberto A. Rivera-Soto, Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the State of New York.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, and the Morris County Bar Association. In addition to Insurance Services, Mr. Fitzpatrick has worked on Civil Litigation, and Private Client Services matters, with an emphasis on assisting Nonprofit Tax Exempt 501(c)(3) organizations.
