PETER L. COSTAS is a technology and commercial litigation attorney whose practice includes antitrust and trade regulation, intellectual property, international trade and civil litigation. His practice includes international and domestic litigation and arbitration.

He is a Past President of the Connecticut Bar Association and the recipient of its John Shields Award for Distinguished Service to the Legal Profession, and he has served as counsel to the Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering since its charter.

He has written and lectured extensively on intellectual property and judicial matters, and is a member of the Commercial Arbitration Panel of the AAA.
