Richard C. Biedrzycki - Of Counsel
RICHARD C. BIEDRZYCKI practices in the area of civil litigation.
Mr. Biedrzycki has extensive experience in complex litigation, including toxic tort litigation, benzene litigation, asbestos litigation, environmental litigation and maritime litigation as well as general products liability, premises liability, property damage and loss and commercial litigation.
Mr. Biedrzycki graduated from Drexel University (High Honors) and from Temple University School of Law (Cum Laude). Following graduation from law school, Mr. Biedrzycki clerked for the Honorable Paul M. Chafin of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Biedrzycki is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has frequently been admitted to practice pro hac vice in courts of other jurisdictions, particularly New Jersey.
Mr. Biedrzycki is also a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Biedrzycki has also made presentations at conferences conducted by national organizations, including the Defense Research Institute and the American Chemistry Council.
Mr. Biedrzycki holds an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating of professional excellence.
