Yvette N. Bradley

YVETTE N. BRADLEY focuses her practice on a wide range of complex litigation matters with an emphasis on commercial disputes, professional liability, corporate, real estate, mass tort, employment defense and additional insurance defense actions. She represents banking institutions in litigation and other corporate entities in addition to individual plaintiffs and defendants.

Ms. Bradley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice and psychology from Temple University in 1999, where she served as Chief Advisor to the University's Judicial Board. A 2002 graduate of Beasley School of Law of Temple University, Ms. Bradley served as an executive member of Temple's award winning National Moot Court Honor Society and continues to sit as a judge for the Samuel Polsky Competition.

Ms. Bradley served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jay H. Conner and Robert Burtin Coonin of the Family Court for the State of Delaware and was previously associated with Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer, LLP before joining McElroy Deutsch in 2007.

Ms. Bradely is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
