MDM&C is comprised of a group of diverse and talented professionals. Outstanding intellect, sound judgment, and genuine integrity are common qualities of our lawyers. The Firm has grown to approximately 300 attorneys who practice in eleven offices in seven states. Associate life at MDM&C is defined by one principal goal: the delivery of legal services of superior quality and the highest level of professionalism.
The Firm invests a great deal of time and effort in the training and development of its associates. Many senior lawyers serve as mentors to new lawyers at the Firm to provide assistance, encouragement, and an outlet for discussing any concerns of the attorney. Because the Firm considers itself responsible for the professional growth of its associates, it has established several seminar programs and a lecture series on a wide range of topics pertinent to the areas of its practice. In addition, each practice group holds periodic meetings to help associates develop professionally. Although new associates are assigned to a specific practice group, they are given the opportunity to work in all of the Firm's practice areas. Associates are also encouraged to participate in the Firm's pro bono efforts.
