Aram B. Movaseghi

ARAM B. MOVASEGHI is an associate with the Firm’s Fidelity, Construction, and Surety Group. Mr. Movaseghi graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2016. He received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2020.

During law school, Mr. Movaseghi served as a judicial intern in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Mr. Movaseghi was an Articles & Notes Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Mr. Movasgehi’s published works include Selling a Vessel Free and Clear of a Maritime Lien Pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 ST. JOHN’S BANKR. RESEARCH LIBR. NO. 15 (2019). Additionally, Mr. Movaseghi was a summer associate at the firm in 2019.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Movaseghi served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Douglas E. Arpert U.S.M.J., District of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
