Carl E. Ekberg

CARL E. EKBERG is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Insurance Services Practice Group in New York City.  Mr. Ekberg has extensive experience in all phases of litigation.  He represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state supreme and civil courts.  

Mr. Ekberg received his B.A. from Baylor University and was featured on the Dean’s List and a member of several national honor societies.  Mr. Ekberg received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an award winning member of the Jessup International Moot Court team, recipient of the Scholastic Excellence Award, and the Public Interest Service Award from the Legal Aid Society.

Mr. Ekberg is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
