CHRISTOPHER TULLY is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office and is a member of the Labor & Employment Group.
Mr. Tully is an experienced litigator, labor negotiator, and legal advisor specializing in employment law, collective bargaining, and workplace policies. He counsels and trains management on assessing, mitigating, and resolving workplace risks and potential liabilities, and defends clients in employment-related disputes.
He represents management in judicial and administrative employment litigation and labor arbitrations, guiding clients through every stage to minimize risk and achieve favorable outcomes. Mr. Tully also prepares for and conducts collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of employers.
Mr. Tully reviews internal organizational processes related to workplace complaints to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and to reduce exposure to potential liability.
In addition, he provides strategic planning, conflict mitigation, training, and public presentations to help employers address anti-discrimination laws, workplace harassment, disability accommodations, pay and overtime compliance, and employee retention challenges.
