Katie L. Klodowski
KATIE L. KLODOWSKI is Of Counsel in the Firm's Construction, Fidelity, and Surety Group. She concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and property disputes.
Ms. Klodowski represents clients in a wide range of disputes in state and federal courts. Her complex civil and commercial litigation practice encompasses breach of contract, business torts, and other commercial disputes. She also has significant experience in insurance defense, including coverage disputes and personal injury matters, as well as property disputes, including landlord/tenant matters, ejectment actions, lease enforcement, and eviction proceedings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Klodowski served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy P. Lydon, P.J.Ch., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, that State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court, for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Klodowski received her Juris Doctorate from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2021. In law school, Ms. Klodowski served as the Online Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review and was a member of the 2019–2020 Moot Court Competition Team. In 2019, Ms. Klodowski was awarded The Joey Pozzuolo International Studies Scholarship and studied as a global legal scholar in Rome, Italy. She was also Beasley Scholar and recipient of a Temple Law Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship. Ms. Klodowski graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
