Patrick J. McKeon
PATRICK J. MCKEON is an Associate in the Firm’s Morristown, New Jersey office and is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including premises liability, products liability, warranty and consumer protection defense, and class action defense.
Mr. McKeon earned his B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, he externed for Judge Michael J. Newman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, worked as an SEC Scholar at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and excelled in courses within Villanova’s Business Law Concentration.
Mr. McKeon also competed on Villanova’s Moot Court Board to much success. He advanced to the quarterfinals at Fordham’s Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition and won best oralist at the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition (New York Region), hosted by the International Trademark Association.
Mr. McKeon is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
