He has drafted dispositive motions and coverage opinions for D&O, E&O, employment, and financial institutions bond claims, and has provided strategic guidance to clients on active disputes. Prior to working for McElroy Deutsch, Mr. Cappuzzello clerked for United States District Judge David Nuffer.
