McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP (“McElroy Deutsch” or the “Firm”) is pleased to announce that Melissa Miele Bracuti has be elected Vice President of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. Effective July 1, 2026, Melissa will serve a one-year term as Vice President.

Melissa has been an active member of the NJWLA for 18 years and has served on its Board throughout that time. She currently serves as Co-Chief Operating Officer and previously served as Co-Chief Financial Officer, contributing to the organization’s executive leadership and ongoing initiatives supporting women in the legal profession.

Melissa is a Partner and the Chair of the Firm’s Private Client Services Practice Group. Her professional experience and areas of expertise include probate and trust law, estate planning, estate and trust administration, fiduciary accountings, probate court proceedings, trust litigation, will contests and other types of estate litigation. Melissa has significant experience in probate court proceedings and fiduciary litigation matters. Her experience also includes guardianship proceedings and administration, disability and special needs trust creation and planning, business succession planning and charitable planning.
