About this position
McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice areas, with a particular focus on benefit plan design, modification, termination, and withdrawal issues, ERISA notice and reporting requirements, COBRA compliance, executive compensation agreements, and related Internal Revenue Code issues for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office. Portable business strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school;
- Admission to the New Jersey bar;
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills; and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
