Commercial Litigation Attorney

McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience for the Firm’s New York, NY office. Candidate must have strong writing skills and experience handling commercial litigation pending in state and federal courts. New York bar admission required, New Jersey bar admission a plus. Salary range for this position: $122,000 - $135,000.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school;
• Admission to the New York bar;
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
