Litigation Paralegal

McElroy Deutsch is seeking a full-time Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience handling litigation matters for the Firm's Philadelphia, PA office. Familiarity with both Pennsylvania and New Jersey cases both in federal and state courts preferred.  Experience handling high volume collection matters preferred. Candidates with bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate are highly preferred, but not required. Salary range for this position: $60,000 - $70,000.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize high volume of collection matters;
• Manage and calendar litigation and collections deadlines;
• Interact with clients and other external parties;
• File documents with courts; and
• Perform administrative tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills; and
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
