Senior Litigation Attorney

McElroy Deutsch is seeking an attorney with 10+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction, bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation, for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars is required. Candidates must also have demonstrated trial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception to resolution;
• Interview witnesses, identify and engage experts, draft motions and pleadings, and take and defend depositions; and
• Prepare for and conduct trials, hearings and other court proceedings.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school;

• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar and/or other state and federal bars;

• Significant trial experience; and

• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
