Erin M. Hayes
ERIN M. HAYES graduated from James Madison University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Ms. Hayes earned her Juris Doctorate in 2013 from New York Law School and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hayes worked for a title insurance company for more than ten years in their claims department and as a branch director. She uses her in depth title knowledge and vast experience in the industry working as an associate in the Firm’s transactional group where she deals with a wide range of complex commercial and residential real estate matters. Ms. Hayes’ primary focus at the Firm is commercial real estate matters including purchases and sales, property and collateral financing and leases. She is experienced in representing purchasers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants as well as drafting various title and real estate documents for private clients and municipalities. Ms. Hayes additionally assists with drafting and negotiating leases and other leasing agreements for commercial, industrial and multi-unit properties. She is also experienced handling other various asset and equipment purchases, sales and other financing closings both on the lending side and the borrowing side.
