ERIN M. HAYES is an Associate in the Firm's Transactional Practice Group. Ms. Hayes’ focus is commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, financing and leasing, representing purchasers and sellers, lenders and borrowers and landlords and tenants. Ms. Hayes additionally prepares lease agreements for commercial, industrial and multi-unit properties as well as title and other real estate documents for private businesses, municipalities and individual clients. Ms. Hayes also works in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group, addressing real estate issues that arise in the transaction, and performing general contract review and due diligence.
Ms. Hayes graduated from James Madison University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Ms. Hayes earned her Juris Doctorate in 2013 from New York Law School and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
