JAMES J. O’HARA is a Partner in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and has over thirty years of diverse litigation experience. His practice areas include premises liability, products liability, warranty and consumer protection defense, employment law, construction law, commercial litigation and class action defense. Mr. O’Hara has represented casinos, hotels, shopping centers and malls, gaming companies, manufacturers of industrial equipment, major automobile manufacturers, an international manufacturer of consumer electronics products and national construction companies. He also has extensive trial experience in New Jersey state and federal courts and has represented clients in commercial disputes before the American Arbitration Association.
