MORGAN L. CELENTANO is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Insurance Services Practice Group, where she focuses on a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Celentano handled residential real estate matters, including reviewing and negotiating agreements and analyzing documents for contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, and transactional risk. She also drafted appellate briefs and motions, handled workers’ compensation matters, and conducted legal research and investigations through a law and policy clinic and an internship with the New York City Department of Investigation.
Ms. Celentano earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review, and her B.S. from Rutgers University. She is admitted to practice in New York.
