WALTER P. LAUFENBERG is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Morristown office and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. He has extensive experience handling a myriad of civil cases from inception through trial, including insurance defense suits, personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal cases, and employment cases.
Mr. Laufenberg represents insurance companies, medical facilities, and individuals and has tried over 200 cases to verdict.
Mr. Laufenberg is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Laufenberg received his B.A. from Drew University, and his J.D. from Antioch School of Law.
