FRANK C. WHITE, JR. is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Construction, Fidelity & Surety Practice Group. He  has over 30 years of combined legal and insurance experience, including private practice in civil litigation, trials (both jury and bench), and appeals, as well as in-house roles focused on large loss, corporate liability, extra-contractual liability, and insurance coverage disputes across a wide range of lines—first- and third-party, commercial, financial, personal, and non-admitted domestic and foreign markets.

Mr. White provides representation and advice to clients in a broad spectrum of complex legal issues, with particular emphasis on insurance defense, surety and fidelity coverage litigation, and subrogation matters.

Before joining McElroy Deutsch, Mr. White developed extensive experience in commercial litigation, personal and professional liability, medical malpractice, business torts, lender liability, environmental issues, landlord-tenant matters, contract disputes, municipal law, construction claims, land title issues, ERISA disability claims, and premises liability.

He earned his B.A. from Eastern Connecticut State University and his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law. Mr. White is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court. He is also an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Insurance Law Section and the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section.
