McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP (“McElroy Deutsch” or the “Firm”) is pleased to announce that Harry D. McEnroe and Richard A. Ulsamer have joined the Firm’s Litigation & Insurance Services Practice Group in its Morristown, NJ office. 

McEnroe has joined the Firm as Partner and brings nearly four decades of trial and appellate experience and is recognized for his skill in handling complex, high-value litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Over the course of his career, he has represented international corporations and insurance companies, major non-profit organizations, and commercial property owners and managers.

Ulsamer has joined the Firm as Of Counsel and brings a distinguished background in trial advocacy, having handled matters in state and federal courts from inception through resolution. He concentrates his practice on professional malpractice defense, employment litigation on behalf of management, and complex commercial disputes.

McEnroe is a Past President, Chair, and Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, a Fellow of the American Bar Association, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and an active member of numerous professional organizations. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Washington College. 

Ulsamer is a member of the Essex County Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Assumption College.
