Mark Boivin

MARK BOIVIN is a trial lawyer with over twelve years of legal experience. Mark is a former corporate attorney, prosecutor and plaintiff’s attorney. Prior to joining McElroy Deutsch, Mark was part of the litigation team at a Rhode Island firm where he concentrated on commercial liability, contracts, land use, maritime, municipal, and renewable energy issues. He also brings real world experience as a retired member of the U.S. Coast Guard and former general counsel to a global environmental service company in the oil and gas industry. As a member of the litigation team he stands ready to provide corporate clients effective representation.
In his spare time, Mark is a volunteer coach for the Rhode Island Special Olympics Snowboard Team and a competitive sailor in the Newport, Rhode Island area.
