ALFRED R. BRUNETTI is a seasoned commercial litigator with extensive experience representing corporate clients in complex disputes in various jurisdictions throughout the United States. His litigation practice spans a diverse range of areas including shareholder and contractual disputes, intellectual property enforcement and infringement actions, business torts and employment matters. He is a valued resource to many clients for whom he serves as outside general counsel.
Combining his litigation and corporate governance experience with his in-depth knowledge of privacy laws and best practices, Fred regularly advises clients on corporate compliance, privacy, personal data and information management issues. He is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the laws of the United States (CIPP/US), a designation evidencing information privacy expertise with advanced concentration in domestic private-sector laws, standards and practices.
Prior to joining the Firm, he served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Union County Prosecutor’s Office and as law clerk to the Honorable Elaine L. Davis, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division (Ret.). A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an award-winning member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board.
