Briana R. Martinotti

BRIANA R. MARTINOTTI is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Insurance Services Group.

Ms. Martinotti is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, in Finance. She earned her Juris Doctor at Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Rodino Society. Ms. Martinotti served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Vincent F. Papalia, U.S.B.J. (May  2019 – August 2019) and legal extern, United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey (September 2019 – December 2019). She also served as a Judicial Intern to the Hon. Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C. ( January 2020- May 2020).

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Martinotti served as a Mass Tort/Multicounty Litigation Law Clerk to the Honorable Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C.  She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
