Nicholas C. Malet

NICHOLAS C. MALET concentrates his practice in litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability defense.  Mr. Malet also has experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Mass Tort Litigation, Employment Law, and Prerogative Writ actions.

Mr. Malet received his Juris Doctor in 2015 from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a member of the child advocacy clinic representing children in civil, family, and immigration cases. While attending law school, Mr. Malet served as an intern with Legal Services of New Jersey and the Honorable Verna G. Leath, J.S.C. Prior to attending Law School, Mr. Malet obtained his bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.  After law school, Mr. Malet served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Ernest M. Caposela, A.J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Passaic Vicinage.
