  • Represented the mortgage holder in the restructuring of construction loans on an apartment project in Washington, D.C. involving low income housing tax credits, including the sale of a portion of the debt.
  • Handles branch bank sales, acquisitions and leases in Connecticut for a North Carolina-based super-regional national bank.
  • Represented the tenant in negotiating a long-term ground lease of a pad site in an existing shopping center for construction of a medical office building, including closing on the construction mortgage financing.
  • Represents a developer in connection with the acquisition, construction, financing and leasing of commercial office buildings in South Florida.
