Wynn Willard

Overview

WYNN A. WILLARD is admitted in Florida, where he practices general civil litigation, Fidelity and Surety law, and Business and Commercial Litigation.

Prior to practicing law, Wynn had an extensive corporate background. He served on the Board of Directors of Nabisco Canada and New World Pasta Company, both where he was also Chief Executive Officer. He held additional top management positions at Nabisco Holdings Corporation, Hershey Foods Corporation, and Cott Beverages Inc. following earlier service at Cadbury Beverages, Inc. and the Procter & Gamble Company. He has deep experience in marketing, strategic growth initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions. He has taught management as a full-time instructor at University of South Florida.

Wynn graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University, completed Northwestern’s M.B.A. program in an accelerated program the following year, and went to law school after a quarter-century business career, graduating magna cum laude from Stetson University School of Law. During law school, Wynn served as an intern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He also published articles on employment law in the Cornell HR Review and Duquesne Business Law Journal.
