Overview

SCOTT A. LEVIN is an experienced commercial litigation attorney.  Scott’s practice includes matters relating to surety and fidelity bonding, construction law, insurance defense, class actions, bankruptcy law, subrogation and recovery/collections.  In addition to Scott's trial and appellate work in both the state and federal courts, clients rely on Scott's proven ability to creatively negotiate, structure and effectuate settlements.

Scott is a Member of the Bar of the States of Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit.
