ADRIANNA K. PLACANICA is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Insurance Services Practice Group.
Ms. Placanica focuses her practice on general liability claims, construction defect, bad faith litigation, and insurance coverage. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
Ms. Placanica is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Minor in Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, at New York Law School in 2023.
While in law school, Ms. Placanica was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. During her second year of law school, Ms. Placanica provided pro bono legal services to juveniles facing deportation though a non-profit, Safe Passage Project. In 2022, Ms. Placanica served as a law clerk for a solo practitioner, with a focus on litigation. Additionally, she served as a federal judicial intern for both the Hon. Claire R. Kelly and the Hon. Leo M. Gordon at the United States Court of International Trade.
