ERIN M. NADEAU is Of Counsel to the Firm and is a member of the Transactional Practice Group.

Erin graduated from The New York Law School in Manhattan, where she served as an Articles Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law while working full-time and completing her degree in three years. Prior to attending law school, Erin received her B.A. in English from John Carroll University. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Erin maintains a diverse practice base and is able to assist with a broad range of legal needs. She is well versed in all aspects of real estate law, including but not limited to, real estate closings, leases, land use matters, landlord-tenant issues and tax appeals.

Her experience extends to a variety of contracts, including, but not limited to, employment agreements, entertainment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, independent contractor agreements, option agreements and film production contracts and trademark filings. Erin can also assist with estate planning and administration needs.

Erin is committed to being accessible to her clients ensuring direct and open communication. She makes it a priority to clarify any complexities and address all questions to keep her clients informed.

Erin resides in Westfield, NJ with her husband and three children.
